DADU: Three more children died of gastroenteritis as more than 50 patients with the same symptoms were admitted to various government and private hospitals on Sunday.

Two of the deceased children were identified as Komal Jamali and Roshan Langah, who died in the children ward of the Dadu civil hospital.

Another child, Adam Rodhnani, died in a health facility in the Kachho belt.

Most of the other patients were admitted to different health facilities in Dadu, Johi and Mehar talukas.

With the three deaths on Sunday, the number of deaths from gastroenteritis in Dadu district over the past four days has risen to 11.
