MANSEHRA: The prefects of different departments of Pakistan Scout Cadet College Batrassi, Mansehra took oath of their responsibilities on Saturday.

Deputy Commissioner Zulfiqar Shah administered the oath to the cadets in a ceremony held at the college auditorium. The ceremony was attended by parents of students and faculty members.

At the end of oath taking ceremony, the deputy commissioner conferred distinctions on the cadets and pinned badges at their chests.

Scout cadet Kashif Amin assumed command of college commander, scout cadet Fad Khan assistant college perfect, scout cadet Abu Bakar college prefect and scout cadet Talah Zahid was made college mess perfect.

“You should be honest with your profession and duty as those, who are sincere to their work never face failure in their life,” the deputy commissioner told the scouts.

Scout cadet Kashif Amin also administered oath to prefects of Kaghan house, Khyber house, Bolan house, Nelum house, Mehran house, Iqbal house, and Ravi house.
