GWADAR: Three people were shot dead and three others injured by militants near Pasni on Friday.

The banned Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) claimed responsibility for the attack.

According to Levies sources, the six residents of Pasni had gone for hunting in Kolanch Hor area in the morning.

In the evening, the Levies received information that three bodies were lying in a desolate area. Levies personnel found the bodies and three injured men at the place. They were taken to the Pasni hospital where the deceased were identified as Ghulam Mohammad, Mohammad Naeem and Barkat Ali.

The bodies were handed over to their families.

A spokesman for the BLF, Gohram Baloch, told reporters that his organisation was behind the attack.
