Typical NFP. Downing everyone from left, right and centre with one satirical sweep. Btw, some 'moderates' and liberals are getting really upset about this on Twitter. Haha. Especially the Masterchef watching kind.

the epic description of all strata of our society.... we are leftists, rightists, centre left &right, moderates.... but the segments which is really missing or have been cornered are pragmatists and realists... in all this mess our society as whole is caught up in a 'brownian motion' .... NFP- a great satirical piece, as usual indeed

By the way NFP being a desi liberal himself, could not stop from commenting negatively on those who supported dialogues first. If they were really TTP sympathizers, they wouldn't be standing with military now. They simply considered negotiations as a viable option.
Real hypocrisy is in those who blindly supported the operation and now not contributing for the IDPs rather still whining

For the first time, I am agree with you (Thanks for not unnecessarily inserting Zia & Bhutto). Absolute depiction of each class and the serial (numbers not used) used, is as well spot on.

THANK YOU!!! DAMNN!!! YOU'RE AWESOME!! I've been saying this for a lonnggg time. The government can't do 10,000 things without funds and without being organized. Could the media please release editorials which explain that to the public? I mean the media has a responsibility when it comes making the country more civil.

@Waqar Qureshi False. You're falling for IK's line. First support talks with TTP, then when they fail call TTP 'Indian/Afghan planted agents trying to destroy Pakistan' - so you initially supported giving in to the enemy. That would amount to treason and out goes any notion of so-called 'ghairat'. The fact is that we're a confused bunch looking to pin our problems on an imaginary bogeyman because it's easier to swallow than the bitter truth.
Military action is only one part of the battle, more than that we need to change our national narrative and ideology such that there's zero room for non-state actors and militancy instead of trying to distinguish between 'good' and 'bad' extremists (which is what the peace talks were intended to do).

Its not only the Liberals but "Insha-Allah Masha-Allah" groups also.
We really need to depend upon our own hard work and Allah will help. Remember, the the People's Republic of China, during the initial two decades after the Communist takeover, in 1949, much after the struggle for Pakistan started.

NFP through these cartoons has conveyed an important message to all Pakistanis 'You cannot satisfy everyone even if one takes the right decision'. So stop this hypocrisy and back your military to continue the operation regardless to what its opponents say. Both military and the civilian population will have to make many sacrifices before peace is achieved in Pakistan.
