THIS refers to the poor performance of Benazir Bhutto University in Upper Dir and Chitral. During the past six years, the university could not issue a single degree because it has no provision for printing degrees.

Similarly, the university has no laboratory for zoology, botany and computer science at the Chitral campus. It has no hostel and no transport.

It is requested that either all substandard campuses should be shut down or the required facilities be provided to them.

It is also requested that degrees should be awarded to all those who had passed their examinations five years ago.
