LAHORE: The bodies of two men were found in a drainage in Lahore's Liaquatabad area on Thursday.

On receiving a tip-off, police searched the area and recovered the two bodies.

Police said the victims had been tortured before being killed.

They were said to be between 30-35 years of age.

According to rescue sources, the condition of the bodies suggested that the two had been dead for several days.

After taking the bodies into custody, police shifted these to a cold storage facility and started an investigation.
