In two years she has not attended school for more than few days.. After receiving a bullet you don't become a "Scholar"... how many books she has read? hardly any ! Interesting to see antagonising comments here and everywhere that she is mentioned. Her only fault is that she survived to tell the tale. Had she been killed, the same Pakistanis would be holding her up as a martyr. She is speaking for women's rights and leading a campaign for girls' education around the world, more than most of you have ever done.

@Fame Achievements do not always have to be tangible in nature. Creating awareness is as important as gifting a piece of art or contributing an idea that can change the world. In Malala's case, the very fact that she is spreading the importance of educating the girl child, is a very great contribution from a young girl who is still in her teens. If you do not consider making people aware of social causes as being important, especially in a conservative society like Pakistan, I am afraid your country will fall into an abyss.

It is unfortunate to see how people are negatively commenting on Malala. First of all this fame has been bestowed on her from God, and you I know believe God's decisions can not be challenged. Most of you sound jealous of her fame, instead of being proud. How many of you, at the age of 16 had the courage to continue to go to the school where you had death threats. Most people stop sending their kids to school. We are gnawing our country being jealous of each other instead of appreciating the good work whoever does it. Open up your hearts and appreciate Malala's courage and the fame she has earned, even if you think it was a fluke.

Should she not be in FATA and GAZA where the bereft little orphans need her to hold their hand, educate them, build schools and orphanages for them...may be get them a meal a day from her $7million foreign account.
