Due to release in September 2014, Khoobsurat is a remake of a 1980 film of the same name. The lead actor and actress will be seen July 27 on the show Comedy Nights With Kapil — an Indian comedy show that features celebrity guests who usually appear to promote their latest films

When it comes to acting there are a lot of much better actors on Pakistan. Faisal Qureshi, Adnan Siddiqui, Noman Ejaz etc.
I think Bollywood choses are actors only for their looks or glamour element in them.

@Taimoor Khan There are countless better looking chaps in India also. Fawad is not in a Hindi movie because of his looks but because the studio feels that the audience will accept him and this will help in making money. Arjun Rampal is far better looking than Shah Rukh Khan but we all know who the super star is.

Saw Fawad in Zindagi Gulzar Hai. No doub't he is good looking and so are so many other Indian actors. In fact the other guy his friend in Zindagi Gulzar Hai is even more goodlooking and handsome. So why not him. However he is not in Bollywood for his looks but for his other subtle talent. Bollywood keeps looking for fresh and new faces..that's all. No big deal.

Fawad is good looking but what stands apart is his expressions, I am very much impressed.
He has a good voice as well.
All materials required to be a star in Mumbai film industry is in him and it all depends on his luck to hit the jackpot !
He has to show variety in acting. One dimensional action will make him out of market after few films and Fawad will need to keep evolving to sustain in business. He has to be careful in movie selection so that he does not get casted in stereo type roles.
He reminds me of young Amitabh Bachchan in films like Silsila,Anand,Sholay,etc.

Khoobsurat (2014) is not Fawad khan's debut he has already acted in Lollywood movies like Khuda Kay Liye (2007), Armaan (2013).
Talking about Pakistani dramas he has shown marvelous performance in Jutt and Bond (2000), Humsafar (2011), Zindagi Gulzar Hai (2013), etc
