LAHORE: PML-Q senior leader Pervaiz Elahi has said the ‘Azadi March’ will end only after sending Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif home.
“On Aug 14 everyone will be on the roads and reach their destination in Islamabad to oust the government,” he said while addressing party workers at his residence here on Wednesday.
Elahi said the PML-Q was actively taking part in the march.
“Our workers will take part in the protest march against the government from across the country. The rulers do not believe in justice, human rights and the Constitution. Even provision of food items and medicines in Minhajul Quran was being denied,” he claimed.
He said the rulers had first insulted people’s mandate through massive rigging in the 2013 elections and now they were insulting orders of the judiciary to remove containers from roads.
“The siege of Model Town was continuing like Gaza. We respect the judiciary and will continue to do so. There is no need to seek permission from anyone for revolution and freedom marches,” he added. Condemning Nawaz’s criticism of media, the senior PML-Q leader said they should review their attitude and thinking about the media.
“They regard the media as servant of Ittefaq Foundry,” he added.

what a frustrated politician that has never made it thanks God. But is reacting and letting his personal failure in life out on us all.
Just like Imran Khan an other frustrated disappointed man in his personal life blaming every thing to some one else.

This is an attack on democracy. The coalition of these "revolutionaries" are propped up by the deep state. I thought after PPP's five year term, democratic governments would be left alone to complete their tenures. I am disappointed.

Another corrupt politician failed to deliver anything and has a unique achievement of being Deputy Prime Minister which does not exist in constitution.
Pakistan should now get rid of these sort of politicians for ever if this country has any vision for future.If you count their loans which were allegedly waived off and reported in different newspapers that comes in around 400 billion rupees.Still they are talking of revolutions for people.When will this nation wake up.

It is not a good idea to rest the gun on someone's shoulder when it is fired. This hunting warning which could mean that it is not safe for neither the hunter nor the shoulder volunteer as it could lead to an accident and the shoulder might not be firm enough to sustain the pressure of the explosion

I am all for removal of nawaz Sharif and his corruption laden family. However pmlq is not the ideal alternative, cleansing has to be done throughly. We need clean politicians not controversial people with tainted records.

Pervaiz and Imran are power hungry politicians, both wanting to the be the next PM of pakistan. But both failed to show their version of pakistan under them. The only statements coming out from these two are ,Niwaz must go. Why ? Even they don't know it !! A case of a blind man leading a blind man.

@M J Syed - nowhere in the world does the media and press give so much coverage to those politicians who are rejected in the elections soon after the elections are over. PE and there are many more like him who perfectly describe the term JUMPING ON THE BANDWAGON. NS makes mistakes like all of us but one wise thing he has done is not to accept these turncoats back into his party.

Although he could not devise any panacea to resolve the very big problems of his Province, but Nawaz Sharif dismally failed to give public any relief, the most needed pain killer required by a nation plagued with soul destroying problems, of corruption, poverty, load shedding in extreme hot weather, shortage of gas at CNGs, but floated bills of electricity and gas. Actually he could not manage anything, so he must go, otherwise he will waste four more years of this poor nation and at the end left people in limbo.

Load shedding and other problem are because of Musharraf's illegal Kargal war and then illegal take-over. Had NS completed his tenure, we did not have load -shedding now. NS was punished by America and American stooges (One of them was Musahrraf)because he conducted five nuclear tests despite Clinton's pressure in 1998to do otherwise . In 1999, Musharraf took over and jailed NS and then exiled him.
IK and PMQ joined Musharraf. Now you decide who is more corrupt, and who is American stooge.
