LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said that there was no question of a resignation from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
He further said that Imran Khan's demand for the formation of a government of technocrats was unconstitutional.
He added that the government would counter and defeat the conspiracy that is under way to destabilise the country.
Shahbaz moreover said that the collusion between PTI and PAT had exposed the so-called movement for a free and fair election and reformation of the system.
The chief minister said it was quite apparent that the people of Pakistan had rejected this march and were standing by their elected representatives.

Shahbaz Sharif should himself resign over the leaked video allegedly showing Punjab Law minister Rana Mashud taking bribe on his behalf. For nobody can investigate as long as he is the CM.

Prime Minister Nawaz Shariff and his Brother Shabaz Shariff should resign because Pakistan is not thier Family heritage. Every one in their family is involve in Corruption and even from their roots they are corrupted. Yesterday in the private channel their minister is caught by the camera who is giving bribe in the 11th May Election. Their real face is now shown to the people of Pakistan. Their Minister who has recently resigned RANA SANAULLAH is the one who have connection with the banned Millitant Organization (Sipah-e-Sahaba) and every one knows that....Now PML (N) your turn is Over. Now Please return the national assets of Pakistan

If the Supreme Court decision does not appease PTI and PAT, I think Shahbaz should be made scapegoat and made to resign. He is the biggest cause of the govt. belated decisions which are now looking fatal. Body language of PM appears to be compromising, Shahbaz's language and body language still appear to be defiant.

Nobody is standing by you or your party representatives Mr. Chief Minister Punjab....because the one we vote for are seen no where and that is the reason we need change by this way. Every civil department is subdued to you as you guyz are famous for buying departments in your interest.
i challenge, if today Mian Brothers calls for an electronic opinion....80% would vote for imran khan....see the public service he has rejuvenate in KPK...you all have raised corruption in the country....
Please leave your seats and let the country flourish...

To have the courage to resign, one needs to have certain personality traits and beliefs in values. There is no point in asking for something from someone, who does not have it!

I trust imran khan because he gives to the poor. He grew up in the west, yet he fights for our rights. He has his own way of life, yet he understands the consequences of corruption. Finally, I believe in imran khan because he led a weak and distorted team to a great win and created legends like inzi, wasim and waqar. Remember the caged tiger shirts and comments in 1992? What good days they were. A nation like pakistan should be thankful to have him on our side. Love u man. Respect!

This is a completely "conflict of interest statement" and therefore, doesn't carry any weight whatsoever. How can a younger brother support the resignation of his older brother. Please just ignore this announcement from Shahbaz Sharif.
