DADU: Four teachers (research associates) at the Sindh University’s Dadu campus tendered their resignation after a scuffle between the faculty and a group of agitating students on Friday.

The students belonging to the Peoples Students Federation (PSF) held a demonstration demanding a corruption inquiry against one of the four teachers, Sahoor Ali Buriro, who said he was being pressured to pass a student who had submitted an empty answer sheet. In the meantime, another group of students took out rally against the activities of the PSF, sowing fear of a confrontation.

Point buses’ operation was stopped and the pro-vice chancellor alerted the deputy commissioner and police.
