MIRPURKHAS: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mirpurkhas announced results of the annual examination-2014 of higher secondary school certificate-part II (class-XII) pre-engineering, pre-medical and general groups here on Monday.

According to the result of pre-engineering group, Dilveer Singh, son of Maha Singh, of Government Boys Higher Secondary School Digri has secured the first position by obtaining 967 marks (87.90 per cent).

Faseeha Rani, daughter of Muhammad Umer, of Government Ibne Rushd Degree Girls College Mirpurkhas stood second by getting 931 marks (84.63 per cent).

Khizer Hussain, son of Muhammad Shoaib, of City Grammar Higher Secondary School Shahdadpur grabbed the third position by achieving 930 marks (84.54 per cent).

Total enrolled candidates were 6,998 while 6,879 boys and girls appeared in the annual exam.

According to the result of pre-medical group, Neel Kanth, son of Suresh Chander, of Government Comprehensive Higher Secondary School Mirpurkhas obtained the first position by gaining 965 marks (87.72 per cent).

Amna Khatoon, daughter of Hazoor Bux, of Government Girls Higher Secondary School Jhol, district Sanghar, achieved the second position by getting 938 marks (85.27 per cent).

Bhavesh Sagar, son of Durga Das, of Shah Abdul Lateef Government Science College Mirpurkhas secured the third position by gaining 929 marks (84.45 per cent).

Total 9,995 candidates were enrolled while 9,950 candidates appeared in the annual exam.

According to the result of general science group, total 83 candidates were enrolled and the same were appeared in the exam.
