Reviving crystallized honey

Honey often gets crystallized (frozen) and it becomes difficult to use it. To bring honey back to a luscious, smooth and flowing state: place the honey pot in a bowl of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes until the honey is smooth and runny. To prevent honey from becoming crystallized again, store it in a cool, dry place (not the fridge) and avoid introducing moisture by using a dry spoon to take out honey each time.
