Tandoori fish bites with ginger lime dressing and Pappadum

Fish cubes boneless ½ kg Tandoori masala 2 tbsp ( ready available in the market) Lemon juice 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Yogurt 1 tbsp Corn flour 1/2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying (optional) Papadums to serve with 5-6 large Chopped iceberg lettuce for garnish Fresh coriander leave for garnish

Method

Combine lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, yogurt and marinate fish cubes for ½ hour in the fridge. Toss in corn flour and shallow fry or Grill until cooked. Fry small papadums, place a fish cube, serve with dressing, iceberg and whole fresh coriander leaves on top.

Ginger lime dressing

Mayonnaise ½ cup Fresh grated ginger ½ tsp Lime or lemon juice and zest 1 lemon Coarsely ground black pepper ½ tsp Fresh coriander 1 tbsp

Combine all and serve with fish .
