Nothing will happen. This is the kind of corruption you get when you don't hold your leaders to account. In any other democracy NS and Zardari would last a year and then kicked out forever. In Pakistan we love voting in the corrupt so we should not then be surprised when they can't deliver.

ITs time for PML - not to tolerate such MPA or MNA - terminate them - hand over to the judiciary - police remand - expel them from party - hold new by elections - general public will support such moves - party will gain fame and support . Get rid of such people - on the contrary if PML protect - opposition gain points - public detest and hate PML leadership .

How justice can be served when the culprits are the sons of an MNA? No one dares to speak against them openly, let alone putting them behind the bars or taking action against them. These people commit many horrific crimes with impunity because they know that they will never be brought to book. We have many example of such crimes where powerful people were culprits. Have they ever been brought to justice?

As the pressure of sit-ins is considerably released the ruling elite is back on its monarchistic track with more authority. It is evident from the history that when such movements to topple the govt. were failed the triumphant rulers came back with more cruelty. It is the music Pakistani masses have to face.

"City Police Officer Sohail Habib Tajik told Dawn investigation into the case had been initiated and justice would be ensured. He said no arrest had been made so far".
Without arresting the culprits (Three Sons of PML-MNAs) the police official is assuring dispensation of justice. The typical phrase "Investigation into the case had been initiated', conveys everything.
Mr. Sohail Habib Tajic, what is the procedure laid by the law for such a heinous crime?

@SG Baloch - Quite valid question..."Where are the names?". Neither police disclosed them (the names of the MNAs or thier sons), nor media's investigative journalists could get them...Culprits already covered up. Forget justice would be served.

This is exactly a scene out of Indian play "Ek Haseena thi" where Shaurya rapes the driver's daughter, then she has to withdraw her complaint under force and later to avoid any future outbreak of truth, is committed to a mental asylum by the powerful mother of the rapist Sakshi Goenka.
It is too common a story and every one with an ounce of brain knows why the girl withdrew. A few thousand rupees, a hut in a different village for her family and a monthly stipend for the life of MNA in governement. If Shareef's are not yet ashamed of their government's protection of the wrong side in every dispute, they must have their heads examined by a psychiatrist and resign in shame at this event alone.

I won't start calling them responsible directly on the allegation only, and would not agree to let the victim taking her application withdrawn.
I DEMAND DNA TEST TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR ALL ALLEGED PEOPLE AND LET THEM CLEAR THEIR NAMES THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL.
If at the end, they are proved to be innocent then LASH the lady for slandering and if not hang all of them who are found responsible.
Police, please proceed with the case and do not close it.

Good that all the political parties in Pakistan are saving 'THIS' democracy, where sons and relatives of MNA's and MPA's are treated above the law and are free to do whatever they want. This is the culture we need to change . This is what Imran Khan is fighting for.
In a country where people like Shahrukh Jatoi are not accountable, crimes like rape and murders will continue and prosper. This is the 'Zulm ka Nizam' we need to change.
