Forget the questions. That is complete non-sense. You can only govern Pakistan with Danda. That's the only language well understood.

The questions are based on what is supposed to be done....but the quiz has to be on what actually happens...eg: what do MNA's do in parliament...actual answer is sleep, abused, blame and call each other thief's :D

The person in charge of the government should not be allowed to do any other personal business activities and must stick to solely serving the country with full honesty. All the PM & President houses should be removed and they should live like normal people.
This will help Pakistan to become one of the leading country in Asia.
No luxury cars, No extravagant feast.
Long live Pakistan.

Yes Pakistan can be governed. Strong justice system is the key. Special measures, including media blackout of judges information to public, their family member's protection, big financial packages to judges and law enforcement agencies, strict audit of judges and their families's assets, their non political entirely record based selections by a panel of public and private wise people of integrity who are kept unidentified to the last minute before the selection process (ie a panel from Sindh May be advised to go to Quetta on a short notice without detailed info beforehand) etc
Allah tolerates kufriyya governments but not unjust.justice has to be blind and be seen even by the blind.
Can we do it. Yes we can.

Instead of asking us why not the politician who want to govern Pakistan. Or else make a test with question pertaing to current and major issues of Pakistan according to public priorities/responses. Send the questionairs to ever political party head and ask how will you solve these and through which method/resources available without the help of imf or world bank or any other loans. Share the answers with general public before next election so the people can decide whom to choose and if they failed in their term, people can make them accountable before the next general election.
This just a thought please share your views and not just critisize. Thank you

One who follows the Islamic Laws and advice of Quaid e Azam and Dr. Mohammad Iqbal would be able to be the prime minister of Pakistan and after Naya Pakistan put all corrupt parliamentarian behind the bars and punish them accordingly, and there are only two Pakistani ie., Imran Khan as Prime Minister and Dr. Tahir ul Qadri as President of Pakistan.

You perhaps failed the purpose of the questions or the quiz.
The questions give a general idea of the constitutional rules not the right to become a prime minister. Otherwise there will be a few left who would need to be governed.
Our village wit who would not get any answers correct but will govern much better than most of us. He knows that there are legions of civil servants to answer these questions but not many who know the basic rights of others and make sure that those rights are safe in his hands.

Why NOT, yes, if you just work from PM's office, all heads of departnment must be equal responsible as PM, and on just one mistake, head of the department along with the mistaker, resign and everything must be public.
If I am given a chance - only customer service, will work very efficently, no one will be allowed to meet anyone beyond customer service, no free lunch or tea and use your own transport, all current government and semi government transport will be auctioned and will never be allowed to purchase and if someone don't like this way, most welcome to resign. West is an example.

Yes I can govern Pakistan with an honest, clean government that is committed to governing the country rather than amassing wealth for themselves; where economy is stabilized by good decisions of the Country e.g. sectarianism to be cuted; minorities to be given equal rights and accorded due consideration. 100% merit regardless it is admission to educational institutions or appointments for government jobs. All tax theft tax evasion and tax leakages to be stopped. Check all sorts of mafia and bring them to justice. Relationship with all countries should be normalized before jumping for the moon. Ban all consumer banking at least for next few years to arrest growth of household debt. No place for feudalism or dynastic politics in the country I would govern. Multi-tiered educational system to be replaced by a uniform system where stress is placed on regional languages alongside teaching of English.
All the above steps will be beneficial for the long term growth and dignified survival of the country.
Before initiating any new measures we have to clean up the Aegean's stables.Who will help me?

Pakistan now stands where everything is in ruin, the political, social, economical, judicial and religious system. I feel very sorry to say this for I have seen Pakistan coming in to being through democratic procedure, but over the years the spirit of real democracy has been systematically butchered for self gains. Regretfully, the only option in my mind is now a dictatorship but not the soft one like the previously imposed, a real Brute, non political, fearless of rest of the world like UN and aid giving countries, fearless of fake constitution and a fake judiciary. Do what is needed including hanging or shooting the convicted criminals including religious hate mongers. Start everything new with secular education as per Quaid's vision.

Hehe, I'm sure no one in government could get these right. The actual (de-fato answers) are " wrong" in this quiz. here are the real answers:
- Governments seldom survive past their third year.
- People elect prime ministers (or ex-prime ministers), never parties.
- The army is effectively the most important branch of government.
- Bureaucrats have a jack of all trades master of corruption role.
- The president is ceremonial except during martial law which is half the country's existence.
- MNAs/MPAs only make laws to improve their own bank balances.

we should change ourselves before we soar up our sleeves to change the fate of pakistan.every one is talking about the system but they forget that we are part of this system.yesterday i hired a taxi.enroute to bazar he mention to me that he will go to dharna b/c of current govt system.but when i asked him about his taxi permit he failed to show the permit.in our village 90 perc people are electricty thieves and meter tampers.but they want to change system.a lizard cant eat a crocodile .so is the case of system changing.our nation is uncivilized and so the leader will certainly follow the same path.can anyone imagine that fate of pakitan will change if we made obama as prime minister of pakistan?.never we have to change ourselves first and rest will automatically settle.

Attention Dawn news!!! You asked "Can a person become minister if he is not a member of parliament?"
you have written no as its answer.
But in constitution its written that any person can be appointed as a minister for a period of 6 months (? or 4 months) provided that he/she qualifies for the parliament within that time or else he ceases to be a minster.

what is govern? it is to rule over by right of authority. so one can rule properly when he will use the authority in right way. it depends on all of us. use the authority in right way, as a student ,as a teacher, as a driver, as a passenger, as a worker, as a boss, as a officer, as a policeman, as a person and so on. never try to find faults in others try to correct yourself. the the change will start in our society. for example a student at saturday night do one wheeling speeding on cars violating the traffic rules, violating the laws, and showing that police is not able to catch me, infact u r showing the law and rules r not so importent , . i can do what ever i want, boss is pressurizing their employ for more work in less wages. employ is then irritating the lower clerk. its a chain process. then they have no right to point on others so everyone is governing himself and effecting on others, if everyone follow the rules and try to use the authority in right way then our society will start change.
