QUETTA: At least 11 people were injured in a blast at a restaurant in a market on Samungli Road on Saturday night.
“People were enjoying tea at the restaurant when the blast occurred,” police said, adding that the explosive device was fitted in a bicycle parked near the restaurant. Rescue teams took the injured to the Sandeman Civil Hospital. Law-enforcement agencies personnel cordoned off the area after the incident and started searching for the culprits behind the blast.
