PESHAWAR: Christian community of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's provincial capital on Sunday offered special prayers and paid tributes to the 22 September 2013 twin suicide bombing victims who had lost their lives at the mosque like All Saints Church in Kohati Peshawar.
About 127 members of the community had died and over 250 injured in the deadliest attack on the Christian Community in Pakistan
The proscribed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan linked Jundallah group had claimed responsibility for the attack but the TTP denied it has any thing to do with the Jundullah and the Church bombing.
The first anniversary of the slain minority citizens is being held on September 22.

Will the culprits responsible for killing these innocent Pakistanis who have been promised by the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam that they are free to follow their own religious believes be caught and brought to justice?

May they Rest in Peace & hope their families & extended families have had their hearts & minds slightly healed now that first anniversary of mass murder of their beloved has taken place. To hurt the hearts & the minds of any human being is the GRETEST sin of all. This of course applies to all religions. I couldn't but notice all women sitting at right hand side of the Church & all men on the left! This used to be the way in most Western countries years back. Now they intermingle on both sides of houses of prayer.

God bless all those who lost their lives in this tragic incident. My head bows down with embarrassment when I think about how minorities are treated in Pakistan.

May all the deceased innocent souls Rest in Peace and may Allah give courage to their families to bear the loss. It goes without saying that culprits responsible for this inhumane act will never be punished in the judicial system of our country wherein the leaders be of province or the country have no value for precious lives of masses. They are too occupied with their evil designs on capturing the power and retaining it by hook or crook. So the best we all including our minorities learn to protect ourselves and take care of our safety without relying on our corrupt and inefficient governance.
