An estimated two million Muslims are streaming into a sprawling tent city near Mecca for the annual hajj pilgrimage.
The pilgrims perform a series of rituals during the annual Hajj. They circumambulate the Ka'aba seven times, run back and forth between the hills of Al-Safa and Al-Marwah, drink from the Zamzam Well, go to the plains of Mount Arafat to stand in vigil, and throw stones in a ritual Stoning of Devil.
The pilgrims then shave their heads, perform a ritual of animal sacrifice, and celebrate Eid al-Adha holiday.
This year, Saudi Arabia banned hajj and work visas for people from Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea as a precaution to avoid the spread of Ebola during hajj.

To every pilgrim on Haj pilgrimage and their relatives:
I wish you the very best in receiving the blessings of your Allah Almighty!
My right-hand staff member is also in this Haj pilgrimage, and my neighbor, Dr. Rehman from Bangladesh went 2 yrs ago- and sent a day-by-day diary on his thrilling experience with his family at Mecca.
I am a Hindu and a devout one, but I respect every person's association with their chosen God. Same as Mr. Jinnah.
Best wishes,
RR Iyer

The irony is that there was NO Hujj this year again as it happened last year. Please see yourself as to what day did Allah(swt) chose for the day of Hujj on the websites below.
Will Allah accept our Friday prayers on Thursday if organised without and seriuos reason? Will Allah accept Hujj on any other day than what He himself chose. The day Allah chose for Hujj was Saturday Oct. 5, 2014. Please see the testimony of this hard fact which is there for all to see on: http://www.moonsighting.com/1435zhj.html and http://icoproject.org/icop/hej35.html?&l=en

@abid Can you show an example of prayer doing things upside down? But i have tons of examples where actions have turned things upside down. Religious belief is only for subconscious mind to know there is a mighty force, prayers are good but in reality actions speak louder than prayers.

@Raghu You are an ignorant person. I have no answer to your ignorance
Prayers made to God enable you to do correct actions. Good actions are a gift of Allah. But Allah has shown that everything is not action. Look at the water of Zamzam, a well in the desert, so many people drink from it, and it is exported the world over, but still it does not dry out. The dead sea, is an example, of land being overturned due to the sins of the people. What can human beings do? if a baby comes in this world with 1 finger less, all the doctors together, can't make him one natural finger.
At the end you talked about religion. That is because your religion is such that can only be used as a placebo for the mind. But Islam is a true religion, a complete way of life, you know what your religion says in everywalk of life, and in each and every situation.
