Two kidnapped men freed

GWADAR: Two kidnapped men have been released by their kidnappers and a health official has been kidnapped in Kech district.

Gul Muhammad, a school teacher and former district president of the Teacher Association, returned home on Monday after being released by his kidnappers.

He was kidnapped from Chitkan area of Panjgur last month.

Gulam Shah Anwar Dashti, deputy secretary (implementation) at the Chief Minister Secretariat, was freed by his kidnappers and returned home on Sunday night.

He was kidnapped on Oct 5 on the eve of Eidul Azha, in Dasht Kudan area near Turbat. He was standing outside his house when armed men riding a car and four motorcycles took him away.

The circumstances behind the release of the two kidnap victims are not clear.

Meanwhile, Jumma Khan, an employee of health department, was kidnapped from Gurmakan area of Panjgur on Monday.
