MARS, the most controversial, debated and talked about planet as far as outer space adventure research goes, is once again in the news. The reason is life — past, present and future. But this time, a little more realistic we may assume. Recently, the most interesting piece of news has come to light regarding the Red Planet and this time right out of the ‘horse’s mouth’.
On October 11, Chief Charles Bolden of Nasa, stated in an interview to The Inquisitor that the space agency was of the opinion that life did exist on Mars at one time and, after a slight pause, further stated it might still exist there today! The news has UFO enthusiasts all over the world buzzing with ET’s presence on Mars. Is there life thriving there at present? Have they found any evidence of intelligent life on Mars other than the mechanical rovers sent from earth?
There have been so many images that were studied carefully by experts which have been zoomed back to Earth from Mars over the decades in which “things”, seen are a bit odd or out of place; objects that look a bit too interesting to be just surface features; rocks that look like statues; structures that look like buildings and shapes which are not like natural formations on the Martian terrain.
If life existed on Mars in its ancient past, then it is quite possible that Mars too was an interesting place for visitors from some other world. Now we’re talking UFO’s on Mars!
Okay so we’re being a bit too adventurous but we have the facts here in black and white, one might say. So hold that thought for a moment and imagine this. Mars today is a barren, harsh environment, but if we Earthlings can go exploring the Red Planet, why can’t another civilisation from another world? The idea is absurd but how does one explain the latest and most talked about image doing the rounds on internet as well as media websites recently? It looks like “an artillery gun stuck in the sand on Mars” covered with dust and rock, if we did not take it there, who did?
Or if it is not a weapon of sorts, what is it? Was it a leftover piece of luggage left over by someone who was there before the Curiosity rover snapped the object? Now I have your attention! With his statement, did Nasa’s chief Bolden, give us the beginning dose of a truth they want us to digest slowly? Just like UFOs are now no longer a topic discussed behind closed doors for fear of ridicule, life on Mars too is an open debate and now an ‘open secret’.
Recently, numerous sightings of UFOs by people from all walks of life are making researchers wonder that if they can visit us, they can also visit Mars. Western United States had a series of sightings, which led agencies like The Federal Aviation Agency, the police department and NORAD to look into the phenomenon seriously. Then a television station in Utah reported a sighting in Salt Lake City.
Numerous sightings are reported on a regular basis on UFOstalker.com.
The latest UFO sighting from the Carnival Cruise ship has alerted serious-minded researchers and sceptics as well. The people on board saw a UFO flying above them for 10 whole minutes. But all said and done, it does not mean that there are life forms on Mars. On the other hand, Mars is seriously being considered as the next human destination in the event of any catastrophe or disaster hitting earth.
Charles Bolden stated in his interview with a science correspondent Alok Jha, “Getting humans to Mars is the key to survival of the human species”.
But why Mars? The Nasa chief thinks it sustained life in the past, might still have life and can be host to future life from Earth. Now this isn’t science fiction folks!
Furthermore, Bolden states, that by studying Mars on a regular basis, we can learn about the history of our own planet and, of course, answer the question to beat all questions; does life exist beyond Earth? So, not only is ET out there, according to researchers, it might be exploring Mars or has used Mars as an exploration site like we are doing right now.
The wait is on for the 2020 human mission to Mars, so get buckled up!
