New Murree project

LAHORE, Sept 5: Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said on Friday that an autonomous agency would be set up to implement the New Murree project after necessary legislation.

He was speaking at the Governor’s House where President Gen Pervez Musharraf was briefed by Secretary (C&W) Sibtain Fazal Haleem on the proposed Murree expansion project of the Punjab government. Acting Governor Afzal Sahi was also present on the occasion. — APP
