Peshawar Greens beat Charsadda

PESHAWAR: Peshawar Greens secured a 2-1 victory against Charsadda IX while Peshawar Whites and Blues were locked at 2-2 in the ongoing Peshawar Hockey Academy League here at the Lala Ayub Hockey Stadium on Tuesday.

In the first match, Charsadda XI took the lead through Nishad Khan on a field attempt in the 9th minute while Wahab and Ismail scored two goals for Pesahwar in the 13th and 66th minutes

In the other match, Peshawar Whites took a 2-0 first-half lead through Gohar Shah and Samiullah but Ihsisham Khan’s brace helped Blues seal a draw.
