QUETTA: The chief justice of Balochistan High Court has ordered compulsory retirement of District and Sessions Judge Tahira Parveen Baloch of Qila Saifullah.
The decision was taken after a departmental inquiry proved her guilty of misconduct.
A notification issued on Tuesday said the action had been taken under Section 2(i)(f) of the 1992 rules.
It further said that the chief justice had imposed the major penalty of compulsory retirement as envisaged under Rule 4 (b) (ii) with immediate effect.
