ISLAMABAD: Days after the British press broke the news of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s alleged marriage to broadcast journalist Reham Khan, the former cricketer hinted that an official announcement is in the offing.
"Marriage is not a crime,” Imran said at a press conference in Islamabad after his return from London today.

“When you have children from your first marriage, they are the first priority,” he added, explaining that it was important for him to inform his sons first.
“They are first affected by the divorce and then they are affected by another marriage. For 10 years I did not even think about getting married again because I did not want to hurt my children. Until I spoke to my children I did not want to make any statements about my marriage.”
“I got the chance to meet my children… I will tell you the good news this week." Imran did not announce a name during the press conference.
A report published in DailyMail today said Imran Khan confirmed last night that he has secretly married former BBC weather girl Reham Khan days after his family said he had denied it.
The report claimed that the 62-year-old politician, who divorced Jemima Goldsmith in 2004, has wed 41-year-old divorced mother-of-three Reham Khan, who is currently working at DawnNews.
On New Year's Eve, Mr Khan said rumours of marriage were 'greatly exaggerated' and his sister Aleema said the family challenged him 'a few days ago' over the news and he denied it.
Speaking to reporters at Heathrow airport last night before boarding a flight, Khan is reported to have said: “I am going to Pakistan to share good news about my marriage with the nation. I have nothing to hide.”
