ECP releases Parliamentarians' list of assets

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday released details of Parliamentarians’ assets and liabilities for the financial year 2014.
According to documents uploaded to the ECP website, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s total assets amount to Rs1.75 billion, whereas Imran Khan’s amount to Rs33.3 million. In the previous year, there had been an increase of Rs3 million in Khan’s assets.
Nawaz Sharif owns property worth 25 crore in Lahore and investments worth 12 crore. The premier owns cars worth 16 crore along with property in Lahore worth 25 crore. There is also a bungalow worth 10 crore under his wife's name in Murree. Also, the land he received through inheritance amounts to more than a billion rupees.
Imran Khan's assets show his 300 canal Bani Gala house as well as a 7 canal house in Zaman Park. Khan also showed 2 cows in his assets.
Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah's total assets are worth more than 2 crore, Whereas Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah's assets amount to more than 1 crore rupees.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf's (PTI) vice president Shah Mehmood Qureshi's total assets are more than 13 crore and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar's total assets amount to more than 70 crore.

PTI leader Asad Omar has assets worth more than 68 crore, whereas MNA Jamshed Dasti has not shown any assets.
Law Minister Pervaiz Rashid has assets worth 2 lakh rupees and PML-Q chief Chaudhary Shujaat's assets amount to 10 crore.
Pervez Khattak has more than 27 crore in assets, and Fazlur Rehman has assets worth 67 lakh rupees. Shiekh Rasheed has assets more than 3 crore along with a gun and pistol worth 6 lakh rupees.
