At least give her credit for coming round to the idea of tying the nuptial knot after decades of deliberation. Hollywood heartthrob Cameron Diaz has finally gotten married to rocker Benji Madden (of Good Charlotte fame). She is 42. Following a great deal of speculation whether the actress believed in the institution of marriage, she has finally put an end to that story.

Talking to newsmen in London recently she said she waited because she “didn’t want to settle” and she “got the best man ever.” Best man? After the likes of Jude Law, Adam Levine, Gerard Butler, Edward Norton and Matt Dillon … A guy named Benji is her best man? Go figure!
