LAHORE: PPP South Punjab President Makhdoom Shahabuddin on Saturday resigned from the office on “medical grounds”.
“Mr Shahabuddin has resigned from the office of PPP south Punjab president after he has undergone spinal surgery,” a party leader told Dawn on Saturday.

Mr Shahabuddin had not been active in the party politics since he lost the opportunity to become the prime minister in the previous PPP regime because of some allegations against him in ephedrine case.

Civil courts thanks to the bad management Ex CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry failed to deliver, accused Mr Shahabuddin's ephedrine case should be moved to Military Court.
Possible verdict, Capital punishment, Confiscation of all property and life ban on other family members for entering into Politics.
COAS we have faith on you, this is right time to cleanse Pakistan.

Probably a sinking ship? May be all those who still have a chance to jump, will jump, or seek out other boats to rescue them? They had a chance to do many things during last 5-year tem, but they blew their chance. Now political landscape has changed. Those who have gone, are part of history now. Speeches & slogans do not work any more. Only party performance counts.
