Pakistan just not only have to win this match against UAE , have to make sure that net run rate is improved in this match. Misbah , waqar please bring sarfraz in place of Nasir Jamshed

everyone who is asking for sarfraz - please go and see sarfraz's last 10 ODI stats please he has hardly scored 50 runs in total in his last 10 ODI's but this does not mean that Nasir is any better or Younus :)

@irfan farooqui Irfan bhai all we have to do now is to encourage and motivate our team , people should stop criticizing Misbah and the team ,this is not the time to criticize especially in the middle of the event .

Pakistan should play Haris Sohail as opner and they should keep Rahat Ali in the eleven. We need to get UAE out cheaply so there is no possibility of resting Irfan. Go with 4 fast bowler again. UAE pakistanies won't give their wickets to Yasir.

Everybody wants Sarfraz as keeper but I am not sure if he is a much better keeper while keeping to spin. In the matches in UAE the ball kept popping out of Sarfraz' hands while keeping to spinners. I would rather have Younis at 4 or 5 to have him back in form. We will surely need Younis against South Africa more than Sarfraz. Check out Sarfraz' sweep/pull in the air to sq. leg when ever he get a short ball and this shot which never reaches over the rope, has been his down fall in most of the matches he played.

They should try sarfraz

Sarfaraz is the player who won U-19 World Cup for Pakistan beating India. He showed outstanding captaincy and for some obscure reasons we want to continue with Nasir Jamshed who hasn't learn for years of mistakes. Someone please tell me why.

Advising PCB and team selectors to see the obvious is like talking to a rock. Pakistan is most likely not going to make it into the QF given our misfields. Not giving Sarfaraz a chance in games that matter and resting him throughout the WC will shatter his confidence. Its quite obvious that Sarfaraz is far more capable than Akmal both with the bat and gloves.

Best of luck to Pakistani team. Do not give up. Be positive and optimistic.

Nasir Jamahed is going to play. The tour selection committee is obdurate in this regard. Ostensibly for the potential Jamshed has but actually for justifing his inclusion in the WC2015 squad. If they drop him then questions will be raised as to why Jamshed was included at the cost of Fawad Alam. So face saving is going on in full force. When good sense and judgement are clouded by personal egos then the only possible outcome is stupidity. This is what we are going to see in the remaining matches.

Pakistani team will require big HEART and CHEST to win against SA...but I know that have both.

Sarfraz is not Gilchrist. He should have scored two centuries against NZ in two one days before the World Cup. You cannot bring a regular opener and then let him sit on the bench.

Looks like sarfaraz is coming for nasir jamshed.

Imagine poor Sarfraz, now if plays,he drops a couple of catches and scores very little.Nobody should be put in this very awkward position.
