It was nice to see the super-talented Shafqat Amanat Ali perform alongside the great Shankar Mahadevan belting out famous tunes at this year’s Radio Mirchi Awards ceremony. But it has to be said that Shafqat A didn’t seem to be in his element, as if he was not trying his best to impress the audience. Also, he appears to have put on a bit of weight lately. Perhaps he’s been eating a lot of junk food, washed down with soft drinks, these days. Let’s not read too much into it.
