Trio win Nishan-e-Haider hockey openers

LAHORE: Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM), Flying Horse Club and Port Qasim Authority (PQA) won their league matches of the 10th Nishan-e-Haider Floodlight Hockey Tournament at the Dring Stadium in Bahawalpur on Wednesday.

According to the information released by the Pakistan Hockey Federation, Flying Horse Club outgunned Manga Mandi 7-2 in the first match of the day.

In the second match, PSM recorded a 5-3 win against Multan while PQA registered an emphatic 4-1 triumph against Khushab in the day’s third match.
