QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said there is no plan to carry out any massive operation in the province.

He was taking to newsmen after having attended an international conference on environment and bio-sciences organised by Sardar Bahadur Khan Woman University here on Thursday.

“I don’t think any big operation is going to be launched in the province,” the chief minister said. However, he added, his government was making all out efforts to improve the law and order situation in the province.

He said despite the tragic incident in which 20 workers were massacred in Turbat, work on development projects in Makran and other parts of the province would continue.
