Roohi Bano reportedly attacked in Lahore

LAHORE: Renowned actress Roohi Bano was reportedly attacked by an unknown assailant at her residence on Monday evening, DawnNews reported.
According to reports, the assailant attacked her with a sharp object and fled the crime scene. She was immediately taken to Services Hospital on Jail road.
Gulberg police told DawnNews that Bano had suffered a cut from a sharp object on her neck.
She received two stitches and was discharged from the hospital.
Police are investigating the cause of injury.
Roohi Bano's son was murdered in Lahore’s Gulberg III area almost 10 years ago, after which she abandoned her career.
