Man dies

RAWALPINDI, Oct 2: A man was burnt alive in his house while a passenger train ran over a woman in Tarnol on Thursday, police said.

Mohammad Rafiq was asleep on the third storey of his house when the room caught fire some time during the night.

Tarnol police said the incident came to light on Thursday morning when Rafiq’s daughter-in-law went upstairs to wake him up and found him dead.
