THE Internet service provided by the PTCL in Abbottabad and its surrounding areas is dead slow and has an unstable connection.

I contacted the PTCL general manager at its Hazara office but in vain.

It is worth mentioning here that I had subscribed for an 8-MB Internet connection on my PTCL numbers 0992 – 380359 and 0992 335654, which was later converted to a 2-MB connection. Is this how the PTCL provides services to its customers?

I request the PTCL chairman to extend optical fibre cable to Abbottabad and its surrounding areas and improve its services, including provision of Smart TV.
