CHARSADDA: Two people, including a girl, were killed and two others were injured in separate incidents here on Saturday.

Police said that a man was shot dead by unidentified motorcyclists in Prang Mamakhel area of the district. The killed man was identified as Shamsher Ali.

The Prang police registered a case on the complaint of Zarshad Ali, a brother of the deceased, against the unidentified attackers and began investigation.

Zarshad told police that he was present at home when he received information that his brother had been shot dead.

In another incident, a girl was killed, while a man and a woman suffered injuries when a tractor trolley collided with a pickup truck in Turlandi area of the district.

The victim was identified as Rubi, resident of Sheikh Ahmad Baba.

The Nisatta police registered case against the tractor driver, Zaheer, of Takht Bhai, Mardan, and began investigations.
