GWADAR: Four tribesmen were killed in a clash between two groups of Mohammad Hassani tribe in Mashkey area of Awaran district on Saturday evening.

Official sources said it was not clear what exactly had triggered the fighting during which armed men from the two groups took positions against each other in Koh-i-Kapor area of Mashkey. The exchange of fire that continued for two hours left four people dead and many others injured.

Contingents of Levies Force and Frontier Corps were dispatched to bring the situation under control.

Those killed were identified as Daulat Khan, Pir Muhammad, Pir Bakhsh and Rahim.
