AT present, there is no seat available for Ghotki students at the Khairpur Medical College. I request the Sindh chief minister, Sindh health minister and Sindh health secretary to allocate a suitable number of seats for Ghotki students at Khairpur Medical College.

How about competing on merit like everyone else? There's already a quota for interior Sindh in govt medical colleges in Karachi, while Karachiites like me have to pay out of our pockets for expensive private colleges if we don't make the cut in an extremely competitive admission procedure.
This disastrous quota system is killing the future of Sindhi youth - they're not motivated to compete and excel on their own merit. I've also noticed that despite being in good universities, many (not all) students from interior Sindh are consistently the worst academic performers.
