Ahmed Shehzad takes a break from selfie sprint, debuts on Dubsmash
Cricketer Ahmed Shehzad knows how to keep us hooked... or unable to look away, at least.
Recently, he switched up his attention-seeking game, replacing his standard selfies with his first attempt at Dubsmash!
While the self-love had gotten a little tiresome, this lip-synching debut shows off his playful side in a whole new way.
He partners with fellow cricketer Asad Shafiq in the Dubsmash, and together they act out the famous 'Ye haath hum ko dede' scene from Sholay.
Shehzad takes on Gabbar Singh's mantle with the requisite seriousness, while Shafiq as Thakur is on the verge of breaking out into a grin. Their cricket caps really kill the mood of the scene, but Shafiq's final expression as he roars 'Naaahhhiiii!' rescues their performance.
It's a good first attempt, but fans don't seem to be lapping it up:

A few would rather the cricketers focus on the ongoing test series with Sri Lanka:
