Turbat floods

Published July 16, 2015

IT has been eight years since the flood in 2007 hit some parts of Turbat city, damaging homes of people. Since then these people have been living without shelter.

No doubt the government did release funds worth billions of rupees, but these could not reach the affected people because of rampant corruption.

It is now hoped that with the arrival of the new administration things will change for the better, and the floood victims would get relief.
