LAHORE: The Pakistan Boxing Federation (PBF) has announced 18 probables for the Asian Championships to be held in Bangkok from Aug 25 to Sept 5.

A press release issued by the federation said that out of 18 boxers nine will be selected for the championships during the trials to be held from Aug 10 to 12.

Probables:

49kg: Mohibullah, Ameer Hamza.

52 kg: Mohammad Waseem, Nisar Ahmed.

56kg: Ahmad Ali, Nadir Baloch.

60kg: Qadir Khan, Shiraz Saleem.

64kg: Aamir Khan, Gul Zaib.

69kg: Mohammad Tanveer, Arshad Ahmed.

75kg: Khalid Jibran Bilal, Tariq Nawaz.

81kg: Awais Ali Khan, Mohammad Amin.

91kg: Hussain and Sanullah.

Officials: Aali Bux (chief coach), Mohammad Liaqat, Mohammad Tariq and Tariq Gujjar (coaches), Iqbal Hussain (manager).
