Good topic. This practice is very common in Pakistan where husbands are drug edicts and their wives strive hard to feed and educate their children. I my self know such case.

Resham is one of Pakistan's most gifted actresses, with immense charisma. It's so awesome that she's playing a major role in a socially conscious movie. She's also one of Pakistan's most humble actresses who's very down to earth unlike some who are trying to compare her with over rated Indian actresses here who's egos are unreal.
IMO, she's far more beautiful then Modi's party hack, Hema Malini whom I don't find even remotely pretty or talented.

She is shown as poor but heavy makup shows otherwise. What a contrast. For a good movie such mistakes destoroys the true spirit of making a movie. Hollywood movies are more successful in the world because they take care of every minute things while making a movie.

@Ailly please no. Resham is a class all her own, an actor with skill, grace and near perfect pronunciations.
