Four devotees had also drowned in the Wah on Wednesday.

Research: Renowned scholar Dr Ghulam Ali Allana has emphasized empirical research on the teachings of Saint Qalandar Lal Shahbaz.

Speaking at the Adabi conference on the second day of 751st Urs of Qalandar Lal Shahbaz on Wednesday, he suggested that research papers of conferences and proper history of all saints of Sindh should be published in a book form.

Dr Allana said instead of raising controversies about the saints of Sindh new aspects of their personalities should be found. He appreciated the book on Shahbaz’s background published by the information department.

Aziz Kingrani, Shoukat Shoro, Imdad Hussaini, Ahmed Khan Madhosh, Hafiz Mohammad Bux and Din Mohammad Sarwar also read the papers.
