CJP for strong liaison between bar and bench

KARACHI: Chief Just­ice of Pakistan Anwer Zaheer Jamili has urged the legal fraternity to keep playing their due role in the process of dispensation of justice.

He stated this while meeting a delegation of the Karachi Bar Association, led by its chief Naeem Qureshi, on Wednesday.

Sources said the KBA delegation apprised the chief justice of certain problems faced by the lawyers during litigation. They said the chief justice asked them to play their due role in promoting effective relationship between the bar and the bench.
