LAHORE: The Punjab home department said on Saturday it had received intelligence reports warning that RAW could carry out attempts on the lives of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed.
An official of the home department said on Saturday the warning was received two days ago that RAW (Research and Analysis Wing), India’s intelligence agency, had already tasked its agents to kill the prime minister and the JuD chief.
According to a letter issued by the home department, RAW has made plans to attack “high-value targets” in Pakistan to create chaos on a wide scale.
Consequently, Mr Sharif and Hafiz Saeed had been conveyed the warning.
The agencies concerned and the prime minister’s staff had been asked to ensure Mr Sharif’s security, especially during his public appearances.
RAW officials were planning to portray the (said) actions as retaliatory strikes by the banned extremist groups like Lashkar-i-Jhangvi and Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan to avenge recent counter-terrorist actions.
The letter said that RAW had also tasked its agents to gather all possible addresses of Hafiz Saeed in Punjab.
According to the letter, officials concerned had been directed to adopt precautions, besides exercising extra vigilance and taking heightened security measures at all tiers.
Police’s security wing said that the JuD chief had also been asked to ensure his security.
India has been after Hafiz Saeed since the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attack, which it alleged was orchestrated by him.
Special Assistant to Prime Minister Musadik Malik was quoted by Geo TV as terming it a conspiracy. He said `we know how to protect our prime minister’.

Even If we think that it (threat) is real (Nawaz killing), what will be the outcome, most probably army will take over the power and everybody knows India will not be benefited with this. In my opinion it may be possible that the threat came from the Taliban or other groups and in the case of any miss happening blame will pass on to India.

If people are wondering why Nawaz is a target then read on.:
A) he leads the only government that is fighting the terrorists and cleaning up Pakistan.
B) he leads the only stabl paliamentary govt. All others had to form alliances with fringe parties in order to remain in power.
C) over the past 8 years the country and it's economy is becoming more stable than before.
D) he has a deep strategic alliance with Saudi Arabia. This makes him a concern for the II block (India and iran).
Removing Nawaz brings back the divided politics of Pakistan. Zarb azb will be stopped and the country will slide back into chaos.

India is involved in terrorism in Balochistan, Karachi and other parts of Pakistan. So by killing PM they can sow the seeds of chaos in Pakistan and can cause a great harm. This is absolutely true. Look what they did in Nepal. Ex - King Birendra and his family was killed because Birendra opposed the draft in constitution that will allow 1000000 Bihari Indian getting Nepalese citizenship. Now after couple of years RAW succeded in Nepal those immigrated Bihari Indians are asking for an equal share in Government and different state in Nepal. Modi government is blocking Oil, medicine etc supply to Nepal against international law.
Nepalse king was killed with whole family, and before Nepalese media knew the news Indian media, CNN etc blamed crown prince( King's older son). No body in Nepal believes. Why would he kill? he was going to be a king after some years.
and he himself was shot.
Before that some years ago, Very popular Nepalese leader Madan Bhandari was killed.
Gurkha land leader was killed in west Bengal.

Indian commentators will always portray "Indian terrorist activities" as jokes, conspiracy theories etc. Terrorist states shed crocodile tears while ridicule (a passive aggressive tactic) when they are exposed as "mass terrorists. Even Pakistani media uses terms terrorism when some muslim is alegedly involved (true or not) but uses terms such as "indian interference" (i.e. distancing word strategy) when the real term should be "Indian terrorism". From US-EU created ISS (So openly created by sending thousands of agents and dollars with weapons to middle east) to UK past support to a minority of Bloch leaders (remembering the vast majority in Baluchistan is 50 percent pushtoon alone and +plus others strongly pro-pak groups), everywhere terrorism is being orchestrated by "small majority of mad Muslims +vast majority of christian-Jew-hindu" alliance. May be the genocides of Muslims from chechnya to kashmir should be open called what what it is, christian, Jewish or hindu terrorism.

Nawaz Sharif is a highly respected man in India and regarded as a true friend. During his earlier term he was removed by Musharaf for forging a relationship with Atalji our PM.He is a brave man who came to Modiji's inauguration. We cried when Benajir was assassinated . We want democracy to survive in Pakistan.We accept Pakistan as a nation and wish it well. Hafiz Saeed is running his shop like many others of his ilk in the world and Pakistanis also don't like him. We have demonized each other for too long and missed out on the opportunities to prosper.
More security for PM Nawaz Sharif is a must we must take full precaution.
