KARACHI: Pakistan’s IC tennis team will leave for Singapore on Monday from here to take part in IC Junior Challenge League scheduled to begin in Singapore from Oct 28.

The tournament is a five-nation event wherein apart from hosts Singapore, Pakistan, New Zealand, Japan and Israel will also be taking part. Pakistan team comprises of Muhammad Raza Sawani, Muhammad Nauman Aftab and Hania Naveed. Secretary Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) Muhammad Khalid Rehmani will accompany the team as official. Two years back, Pakistan finished third in the tournament held in Shiba, Japan. Australia clinched the title then while host Japan ended at second spot on the podium.

The winning team will take part in the finals of IC International League to be held in Monte Carlo in September 2016.
