KARACHI: A 15-member Quetta squad was named on Friday for the upcoming National Disabled T20 Cricket Championship.
The two-member selection committee consisting of Aslam Sheikh and Arbab Shakir and Aslam Bareach, who is the coordinator from Quetta, picked the team after witnessing the final trials held at Bugti Stadium in Quetta on Thursday.
Meanwhile, trials to select Rawalpindi and Islamabad teams will be held at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on Sunday.
Former first-class cricketer Sabih Azhar heads the selection committee with Sabih Azhar, Alamgir Khan and Fawad Hussain acting as members.
Quetta squad: Fatah Mohammad, Khadim Hussain, Nusratullah, Zaheer Ahmed, Abdullah Khan, Saifullah, Abdul Sattar, Mohammad Ameer, Mohammad Qasim, Nizamuddin, Noor Mohammad, Hafeezullah, Abdul Mannan, Noor Ahmed, Zia-ur-Rehman; Safiullah, Mohammad Aslam, Zahoor Ahmed (reserves).
