Mr Musclemania World 2015: Pakistani bodybuilder clinches gold

Pakistani bodybuilder Salman Ahmad clinched gold and the Mr Musclemania World title 2015 early Monday.
He thanked his fans and followers for their prayers.
"It is the first time in 25 years that this title is going to Pakistan," he said in a video posted on what appeared to be his public Facebook page.
He also expressed his gratitude towards his family for their support and motivation. "I don't know how to say thank you for helping me reach this stage," he said, becoming emotional at the end of the video.
He says he is the first Pakistani to receive a Musclemania pro card. "I won the gold medal and then the world title," he says.
In the run-up to the competition, Ahmad said: "I have done my best, the competition is really big this time."
National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq wished Ahmad success before the competition.
"It is a source of pride for us that a youngster from the NA-122 constituency is competing in a weight-lifting and bodybuilding competition."

These lone wolves keep proving from time to time the abundance of potential which this country has. It is lack of any systematic coaching and encouragement that we don't see regular achievements. These are individual acts where individual talent thrives, team games which need institutional support are all in a mess. government needs to support this talent on "Merit" and may not issue these customary statements of congratulations

Ayaz Sadiq when you will come out of PMLN cloud to appreciate your constituency alone for this guy's achievement which brought pride to entire country. did you supported him throughout his journey ?. he did it alone at his own. you guys just dilute the joyous moments by putting it under your controversial constituency... with your's such mindset do know how you conduct your affairs in NA where you belong to since your birth day................. as you are one of those gold-spoon-fed kinda stuff..

Great Achievement by a Pakistani Bodybuilder at world level competition Congratulation.
I think he is the one who blamed Pakistani government and media for not supporting him. Still there is a video circulating in FB, Dailymotion and youtube.

@ysk He is in light wt. category and wins, then finally competes with middle wt and heavy wt title winners for the world title and decidedly beats them for the world title. Very impressive, and after wininnig falls to the ground in praying position then grabes the Pakistani flag and prades. Watch closely and you will see him. I hope this helps.
