LAHORE: Students from different colleges came together to paint the walls of Lahore during the wall street art competition on Sunday.

Street Art Pakistan is an initiative taken by the team of artists to eradicate the illegal practice of wall chalking and Reform the Walls of Pakistan by painting them with positive themes depicting the colourful stories of Pakistan.

For years Lahore's walls have scrawled with graffiti touting everything from sectarian hatred to quack cures.

Now artists and volunteers are reclaiming the walls by painting them with cheerful designs aimed at bringing some happiness and pride back to the city.
