RAWALPINDI: Actress and TV anchor Mishi Khan was indicted in a case of criminal breach of trust by an additional district and sessions court here on Wednesday.
In July 2015, Dr Afshan had hired Mishi to run an advertising campaign for her clinic and had paid her Rs450,000 via cheque. Dr Afshan contended the actress had taken the cheque but did not do the campaign.
A First Information Report was filed against the actress in Rawalpindi's New Town police station.
Civil judge Kashif Javed today indicted the actress for criminal breach of trust. Mishi, who was represented by her lawyer Advocate Raja Nazir, denied all charges against her.

@Mir Ali because showbiz people think they can get away with anything. Similar things have been done by many other know celebs in past where they took money to perform for someone and ran away.

Whom to be punished-Dr Afshan or Mishi or even both is my only very simple and straight question which needs an answer from those who read me though even others are not excluded either? Isn't is very funny that Dr Afshan says she paid Rs 450,000 to Mishi through a check to promote her clinic but now Mishi says she did not receive the check? Who supports me and who opposes me?
